A real estate shortage gone crazypants. Literally?

straitjacketFor those who thought real estate was in absurd demand in Moscow, home to some 10% of Russia’s population (centralization, what what!), have another thing coming.

This fine Sunday morning, news breaks that, out in the northern boonies of Karelia, two guys in a drundly Zhyguli kidnapped a guy from a psychiatric institution, held him captive in his apartment, and made him re-register his apartment to them.

I felt that needed a) italics, and b) no additional commentary.
